Types of Organization apply for QMS Certification
There are two types of organizations that can apply for a QMS Certification:
- Organization with a product(s)
- Service company (non-product)
The main focus of the ISO QMS certification is on the quality management system and not on the product. The organization must demonstrate that it has a QMS in place and that this QMS is effective in meeting the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Certification Standard.

The size of the organization is irrelevant. The size of the organization is not a decisive factor when applying for ISO QMS certification. So, Small industries, medium and Corporate can apply for this ISO 9001 Certification in ghana.
