- Audit preparation initial visit to site (optional).
- Certification audit- stage 1 and stage 2
- NC closure and observations (if found during the audit), corrective action approval by IAS team.
- Certification audit (stage 1 & 2)
- Surveillance audit, then re-certification audit with prior notification after the validity of initial certification.
